    TÅRNET’S CHRISTMAS MENU

    We serve our Christmas menu in three or five courses and offer Danish Christmas classics like herring, lamb sausage and rye bread pudding. Do like the Danes and have a glass of Herslev beer and one of Cousin Erik’s homemade schnapps.

    The menu is available for lunch and dinner from November 14 to December 23.

    HERRING & FISH ❤ 
    Marinated herring with creme fraiche, roasted buckwheat and pickled onions
    Shrimps with smoked mayonnaise, malt and wild herbs

    VEAL & PORK
    Veal terrine with caramelized onions, apples and winter cress
    Traditional pork brawn with homemade mustard and pickled beets

    DUCK & LAMB
    Duck confit with celeriac purée, pickled lingonberries and red romaine
    Handmade lamb sausages from Nørre Søby with sauerkraut

    CHEESE
    Organic Rød Løber cheese, pickled plums and crispbread

    DESSERT
    Rye pudding with Oialla chocolate, lemon foam and yoghurt
