    Apple dumpling with cheese and green tomato marmelade 40 kr.

    Ham with black fermented garlic and red acid greens 45 kr.

    Chicken – Gooseberry – Tarragon

    CHEESE

    We explore the world of Danish cheese and taste our way to the best selection possible. Artisan cheesemakers usually make their cheese in small quantities, thus our selection changes often.

    There will however always be something to suit every taste. Your waiter will happily present the cheese and help you make the right choice. All of our cheeses are Danish, and many are organic as well.

    BOJESEN CONFECTIONARY

    Danish pastry traditions flourished in the middle of the 19th century when the well-to-do spent their days enjoying extravagant cakes in the pastry shops of Copenhagen.

    The tradition lives on today and classic cakes such as Sarah Bernard, fragilité and potato cake are all Danish creations.

    Enjoy a cake after lunch, in the afternoon or as a petit four at night.

    1 cake – 60 kr.

    4 cakes with a pot of coffee or tea for 2 people – 305 kr.

    Petit four

    Petit four (enough for 2 people) – 110 kr.

    Our award-winning pastry chef´s Tor and Freja will magically create a chocolate plate with the organic chocolate Oialla, that is the special darling of Bojesen.
